First Coast Security Services is Hiring a Receptionist Near Jacksonville, FL
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors may have
- Operate standard office equipment on regular basis, including copy machine and computer
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Receive deliveries: sort and distribute mail
- Take inventory and restock as needed
- Respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and distribute uniform items. Working with HR manager on ordering for needs
- Prepare orientation folders for all orientation classes
- Prepare room for new hire orientations and trainings
- Scan review and assist in personnel documentations to appropriate files
- Assist with and update compliance and licensing of employees
