Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and conferences.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Support the administrative team with various tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
