Description
Our fast-paced Immigration Law Firm in Jacksonville is growing and we are looking to hire an experienced full-time Receptionist. We are looking for a high-energy and friendly person to greet and take wonderful care of our clients! This is a busy work environment you should expect that your day will be full of activities such as answering the phone, receiving and sorting mail, filing, and assisting other team members to provide a high standard of services to our clients.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English and be eager to provide a high level of customer service with a smile. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Send us your resume today to become part of the team!
Responsibilities
•Answering Phones and directing calls to the appropriate attorney and/or staff member
•Greeting clients and ensuring that they are receiving top-notch customer service
•Making copies
•Ordering supplies
•Light calendaring functions
•Collecting and scanning mail
•Tracking daily / weekly / monthly client goals of the firm
•Updating Client Welcome Packets
•Scheduling seminars and other firm marketing engagements
•Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
•Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
•Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
Qualifications
•Bilingual in English and Spanish
•Proficiency in Microsoft Window
•Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
•Must be able to general daily/weekly/monthly reports
•Self-motivated and detail-oriented
•Superb communication skills-both written and verbal
•High school diploma or GED required
•History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
•Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
•Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
•Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
