Job Purpose

The Manager, Relationship Management is responsible for directing the activities of four Inside Sales Representatives as well as two RM Coordinators. The Manager is considered a strategic point person that will organize campaigns across all Fixed Income & Data Services business lines, work in concert with Marketing to develop effective communication strategies, and foster an aggressive and effective attitude towards selling amongst the Inside Sales team. The Manager will act as a coach and mentor in developing the skills of the individuals on the Inside Sales team. Additionally, the Manager will be a strategic decision maker in determining the specific functions and responsibilities of two RM Coordinators. Among other variables, the Manager is measured on lead generation resulting in closed new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation across all ICE Data Services lines of business. They will become proficient across all products and services.
• Work alongside Marketing to process system generated leads and to create campaigns that will foster interest in ICE’s services.
• Target specific services (such as Sustainable Finance and Mortgage) for outreach campaigns.
• Build relationships internally to understand the needs of the Sales Team.
• Work with RM Management to determine the most efficient use of RM Coordinators time and energy.
• Liaise with Sales Ops and Commercial Ops to produce ideas for process improvement across the lifecycle of a deal.
• Develop the talent on both the Inside Sales and RM Coordinator teams so that the individuals are ready to contribute to ICE in more Strategic roles in the future.
• Take on a leadership role in the coordination of internal resources to ensure the successful execution of Sales and Relationship Management initiatives. 

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working within the financial services industry
• Minimum of 5 years of Sales and/or Relationship Management experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
