Ibex is Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator Near Pittsburgh, PA

Recruiting Coordinator

IBEX is seeking a focused and results-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The Recruitment Coordinator reports directly to the Recruiting Manager. Together, they are responsible for meeting headcount requirements for a variety of call center programs for IBEX Global. The Recruitment Coordinator works closely with the Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Director to carry out all administrative functions related to recruiting for the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking and internal recruiting tools to source and fill open positions with highly qualified talent.
  • Host Job Fairs and informational sessions with candidates.
  • Assist with reviewing and screening resumes.
  • Conduct phone screens and skills assessments.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Manager to fill a minimum number of new hires on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Administer background & drug screening paperwork to applicants, process and document results.
  • Report daily on the recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1 year of Recruiting and administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system is desired.

  • Professional communication style, presentation and solid business acumen.
  • Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy and details.
  • Acts with high integrity, including handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated organization skills. Must be comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and internet savvy; Basic computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Skype.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
