Your day-to-day will involve:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Determining customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assisting customers on phone, email and chat platforms
• Using multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone
• Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to resolve concerns.

Must haves for the job:

• 18 Years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
