Sales Account Manager

Our Company

We are a growing recycling company located in Chicago, IL , seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our sales team. We broker deals between manufacturers and customers looking for used industrial packaging. Our company helps aid the green movement by keeping industrial packaging out of landfills and giving it another life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior sales experience is preferred but NOT required
• Ability to navigate and work in Google Workspace
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
