Responsibilities

• Drive human resources compliance, program implementation and operationalization, and the execution of day-to-day People operations processes across payroll, benefits, compensation, immigration, global policies and HRIS
• Build and lead the team responsible for operationally delivering an exceptional employee experience- resolving inquiries, processing transactions, improving processes and delivering data
• Partner globally with People team and client base, serve as an interface between internal / external customers and functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HR Services
• Oversee the design, development, and integration of smart, scalable programs, policies, systems, and procedures supporting the employee lifecycle and focused on affecting organizational change while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
• In cases where legacy processes exist, manage, modernize, and identify opportunities for automations and process improvements
• Optimize technology use for workflow automation for end-users and other systems, i.e., team member, manager, and employee self-service, candidate experiences, and seamless integrated data flows between systems internally and with external vendors
• Measure progress to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes including use of audits and dashboards
• Ensures HR policy and compliance program expectations are set and met through centralization of policy project management

Experience

• 10 years of successful experience in an HR operations role within high-growth and/or significant transformation environments.
• Proven ability and passion for building effective HR processes that deliver exceptional user experiences for teammates and managers.
• Expertise in global immigration, HRIS implementation and architecture, compliance; knowledge of payroll processing systems
• At least 5 years of experience building and leading high-performing, highly engaged teams and developing top talent at individual contributor levels.
• High aptitude in driving HR tech stack implementation, optimization and adoption (Bamboo, Lever, Lattice and Peakon) preferred.
• Strong Agile program management experience, change management and communication skills
• Exceptional skills in change management - effective communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels, project management expertise
• Ability to structure and prioritize a team’s work and focus efforts in a sometimes ambiguous work environment
• Collaborative and engaging work style -a team player who establishes trust and confidence quickly with excellent follow through to help teams get things done
