Hyperion Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting the organization as a whole. Reporting to the Director FP&A, this position plays an integral part on the team by providing support with reporting initiatives. These tasks are crucial to meeting our organization?s financial goals and this individual must be detail orientated and work well with time sensitive matters.
Primary Responsibilities:? Cash Flow Forecasting:
o Complete daily and weekly cash flow forecasting by entity.
o Identify and investigate variances between actual results and forecast projections.
o During monthly board meetings, report out findings from cash flow forecast.
? Serve as a Finance Businesses Partner for each GM:
o Meet with each GM weekly to understand financial impacts.
o Consolidate weekly and monthly forecast reporting.
o Develop financial forecasting per entity.
o Consolidate and maintain budgeting per entity.
? Monthly Closing in OneStream:
o Complete preliminary analysis of results.
o Connect with Sr. Accountants to preview the closing results.
o Post journal entries (recurring and ad hoc).
o Run monthly reports.
o Reconcile any variances within monthly closing reports.
? Ad Hoc Analysis:
o Quarterly ESG reports.
o Quarterly lender reports and compliance certificates.
o Annual insurance renewal reports.
Job Requirements:
? BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 5 years of experience in previous analysis roles, with interdepartmental experience preferred.
? Strong proficiency in using MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis, and Teams.
? Proficient in using Tableau and OneStream software.
? Solid understanding and previous experience in financial analysis and cash flow management.
