The Role

The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for elevated duties in our Events and Housekeeping departments. This includes helping to set and maintaining meeting rooms, being the main point of contact for in-house groups, facilitating meeting planners needs and requests, inspecting guest rooms, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. This role requires a minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is agile and will enjoy diversity in their workday - jumping in to support the guest and client experience wherever needed.
