The Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Allentown Lehigh Valley is a 205 room dual brand hotel, with a 220 seat restaurant Westside Grill onsite, and the Aster event center with a ballroom for up to 250 guests.

We are seeking a talented team member to lead our Banquet team and assist in our restaurant as one of our F&B managers. This person will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling banquet team members. A key function will be to establish and maintain banquet service standards for all events. 

Must have prior banquet/catering experience with an outstanding ability to lead by example. The candidate with have focus on the banquet department while assisting the entire food and beverage operation as needed.
