As a Receptionist in our Charlotte Office, you will be responsible for performing clerical and support duties and providing administrative support to the real estate department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Answer phones, take messages and transfer callers to appropriate contacts
- Greet visitors and keep them comfortable while they wait
- Open and close files in case management systems
- Input data, update websites, and perform status inquiries
- File, image, and copy documents as needed
- Maintain calendar of appointments
- Update firms case management software with appropriate information relating to each file
- Request title search and prepare preliminary and final title opinion for attorney review
- Any clerical tasks as needed

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical office setting with regular business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but your schedule for work will be determined by your supervisor. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You would be required to lift files (up to 15 lbs.)
