Responsibilities:

• Consistent lead follow-up to grow your sales pipeline
• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Stay up-to-date on real estate license law and uphold our company’s core values

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Great communication and social skills
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Self-motivation and drive
• A South Carolina Real Estate License or actively pursuing one
