Mid sized reputable Charlotte, NC company has an opening for a Commercial Real Estate Closer. Responsibilities include: Gathering, preparing and reviewing closing documents for a real estate transaction; ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing real estate transactions; fluid communication with clients, underwriters and lending institutions; resolve encumbrances /outstanding liens; order title report, conduct wire transfers, resolve post closing reconciliation issues as it relates to title; other duties

The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of escrow and real estate closing experience; strong customer service skills, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure with time sensitive matters; detailed, multitasker, accurate and organized, numerical acumen. SoftPro experience . Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required.
