Ready to jumpstart your career in commercial real estate brokerage? The NewLeaf team is seeking new NC/SC licensed real estate agents to join their commercial brokerage team and specialize in tenant-representation and leasing. We have an abundance of tenant-rep leads, a competitive firm split, and mentoring opportunities to ensure new agents on our team have the resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate has the ability and motivation to work full days (Monday through Friday), generate their own business, and handle the NewLeaf team’s leads with care.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify and present suitable commercial properties.
  • Schedule and conduct tours of suitable properties.
  • Negotiate and analyze key deal points in LOI’s and Leases.
  • Prospect for and acquire new clients, including landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Be dedicated to growing your own personal businesses within the NewLeaf organization - leverage our brand to build a reputation for yourself.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive with high levels of work ethic, determination, and motivation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be professional, accessible and quick to respond to client needs.
  • Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must have a warm personality and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Must adhere to the team's core values.
  • Full-time availability

Note, this is a commission-based position. There are no desk fees. Members of the NewLeaf commercial brokerage team are required to maintain a Realtor Association Membership.
