Sales Manager Position- Southpark- Charlotte, NC

Overview:

As a Sales Manager at Allen Tate Realtors, you will collaborate closely with the Branch Leader to oversee the operations of our branch sales office. Your responsibilities include ensuring financial success, fostering client satisfaction, maintaining high staff and agent contentment levels, and upholding branch policies and procedures. The success of this role hinges on effectively executing critical success factors while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Achieve or surpass these key success factors:
  • Expand Market Share in alignment with branch targets.
  • Recruit and cultivate the sales team in accordance with branch objectives.
  • Retain 95% of the branch's sales force producing over $2 million in revenue.
  • Attain branch objectives for Mortgage, Insurance, Title, and OGR.
  • Uphold stringent standards for employees and agents, encompassing productivity, professional appearance, ethical conduct, and service excellence.
  • Motivate and empower staff and agents to excel by fostering an inspirational, stimulating, and positive work atmosphere: Foster team and individual accountability by boosting morale and dedication to branch and company goals.
  • Deliver practical and pertinent training and development opportunities for branch staff and agents.
  • Familiarize and effectively communicate Tate Rewards and Tate Rewards Plus to agents. Leverage TAP 3.0 to enhance branch productivity.
  • Utilize the Allen Tate Tech Stack and H-Suite proficiently to facilitate efficient branch leadership. Employ Salesforce.com to bolster recruiting efficiency.
  • Offer timely resolution of issues for employees and agents, providing assistance or guiding individuals to appropriate resources as necessary.
  • Exhibit adept organizational skills and methods.
  • Communicate information promptly, comprehensively, and accurately to agents, staff, and management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in real estate brokerage matters and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries and complaints professionally and expediently.
  • Thrive in demanding situations and adapt to evolving environments.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of employee and business data, adhering to ethical business practices.
  • Adhere rigorously to company policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Actively engage in community and industry organizations.
  • Contribute effectively to the Allen Tate Company's leadership team, supporting other teams and senior management as needed. Foster a collaborative team spirit and complete special assignments and projects in a timely manner.

Additional Duties:

Undertake other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or four to six years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business data, professional literature, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mandatory state Real Estate Licenses.
  • Demonstrated superior client and agent relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor consistently.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Workspace and other required platforms.

Compensation Package:

Salary begins at $60,000 with bonus opportunities. This is a full-time position.
