MARKETING TECHNOLOGY TRAINING SPECIALIST

Allen Tate Real Estate seeks a dedicated and dynamic Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team in the Lake Norman Region. This role involves collaborating closely with Branch Leaders to provide comprehensive training and support for agents and staff on Allen Tate tools and brand initiatives. The Marketing Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing agent adoption of technology and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Summary:

The Marketing Technology Training Specialist works closely with the Branch Leader(s) to provide agent and staff training/support for all Allen Tate tools and brands. This position is responsible for regular and ongoing coordination and communication across departments to provide training and support.

The Marketing Technology Specialist presents and trains individuals and groups of agents in several branches on a regular basis.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proactively reach out to new agents to introduce yourself, set up a first meet, and onboard technology
  • Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Allen Tate Business Generation Suite tools/technology with the goal of increasing adoption across branches:
  • Google Suite - Drive, Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs
  • H-Suite
  • Website Admin: Agent Website, property management
  • Salesforce Chatter
  • SkySlope
  • MoxiWorks - Engage, Present, Insights, Promote
  • RealScout
  • Testimonial Tree
  • Spacio
  • Percy
  • Quantum Digital
  • Adwerx
  • Boost
  • LoLo
  • Agent Icon
  • ActivePipe
  • LiveByLocal
  • Allen Tate Home Concierge
  • Allen Tate online templates
  • Additional tools as they are added or change
  • Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Allen Tate marketing tools/technology and campaigns to promote the brand, including but not limited to:
  • All Allen Tate Marketing campaigns
  • Elevate content
  • Carolina Panthers contests/promotions/events
  • Money Back Guarantee program
  • Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World
  • Allen Tate Luxury Carousel
  • Business Journal Home of the Day
  • Social graphics
  • Monitor branch tool usage dashboards
  • Coordinate agent outreach with the Branch Leader
  • Meet weekly with Branch Leader(s) to review agent activity, training schedule, and office needs
  • Monitor and respond to assigned helpdesk inquiries
  • Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or 2 – 4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals while maintaining a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner with all levels of management, agents, and staff both in person and in writing
  • High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adjust direction when situation warrants
  • Work independently without regular direct supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and organize such that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ability to present and demonstrate one-on-one or in a group environment in a manner that promotes the effectiveness of our tools to the Real Estate business
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Facebook & Instagram), Customer Relationship Management, and willingness to learn and master Allen Tate’s Business Generation Suite of products
  • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and Excel database management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
