Huntington Learning Center of Blaine is Hiring a Business Manager Near Blaine, MN

You will help students close the COVID learning gap, get into their dream school, excel in the classroom, and build confidence and motivation to reach their goals.
Huntington Learning Centers have been helping students succeed in school for more than 45 years. Our programs are proven to accelerate academic results through customized programs for each individual’s needs.
Hours:
  • This is a part-time role with flexible hours; some remote work possible.
  • Up to 32 hours per week.
  • Afterschool and some Saturday hours will be required.
  • Center is open Mon-Thursday 10am-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-7pm Friday, and Saturday 9am-3pm.

The Business Manager’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
  • Managing front office operations, including engaging with students/families, addressing phones/emails/texts, scheduling appointments, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
  • Administering academic evaluations and interim testing.
  • Performing financial activities such as managing payments, invoicing, etc.
  • Meeting with students to assess progress and experience.
  • Participating in local business and marketing activities to help grow the Center.
  • Teaching students.
For success, the Business Manager must have:
  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
  • Superior attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service focus and strength in fostering a welcoming culture.
  • Business mindset and driven to help the Center excel financially and operationally.
  • Must love working with kids and be comfortable teaching students of multiple grade levels.
