Lead Cook **Title:** Lead Cook **Location:** NYLIC - Data Center (Lebanon) **Description:** This is a smaller business dining location serving 50 to 400 people at full capacity. Currently, they are online ordering and pick up for the building. Available to guests: Grill, Salads, Sandwiches, Entre, and Soup. They cross train employees. The Lead Cook position needs a strong multitasker with grill experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm and subject to change and adjustment where Mon and Fri could be short days (4 to 5 Hrs. ) and Tue., Wed., and Thursday Longer days ( 8 to 10 hrs.) This is an evolving schedule and a full-time position with 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
The Lead Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. The individual should safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc. The Lead Cook may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the culinary operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
