HumanHire has partnered with a family-owned apparel distributor that has operations in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. This company has been in business since the 1940’s and are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team in Melville, NY. They provide their employees with a great work/life balance and offer opportunities to earn bonuses!
What we offer:
- Position: Customer Service Representative
- Salary: $20/hr
- Hours: Monday and Tuesday 8am-5:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Location: Melville, NY
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, OT, and bonus eligible!!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to assist customers with product information, pricing, and processing orders
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, and product availability
- Support the product team by managing samples and helping in production tasks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and etiquette in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel
- Associate degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
