Position Overview:

HRCI’s software engineers design and ship delightful user experiences that make it easier for customers to do things, and for our internal teams to do their work. Our engineering delivers value when it solves tangible problems. We want our software engineers to always start with the customer problem and work their way back to a solution. Our software engineers are curious, never give up, and are optimistic they can solve any problem. They apply state-of-the art tooling, mechanisms, and mindsets to ship code and value. 

  • Develop and maintain web application using C#, .Net, Angular and CSS frameworks. 
  • Design and ship user interfaces and front-end components by writing secure, clean, efficient, and maintainable code. 
  • Be an integral part of a scrum team participating in the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation. 
  • Develop in environment that utilize CI/CD tools for build, test, secure and deploy. 
  • Create new or maintain existing CI/CD pipelines. 

The Skills You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, required 
  • 2 years of experience as Full Stack Developer 
  • 2 years of experience in Angular and/or React framework, including hands-on experience in building web applications using these frameworks 
  • Experience in building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, JSON, etc. 
  • Experience with automation technologies 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferred. 
  • Experience using CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps), preferred. 
  • Experience in CMS Sitefinity is a plus. 
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JSON, jQuery and JavaScript skills with excellent understanding of front-end best practices.
  • Frontend UI development with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular 
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with front-end applications 
  • Good grasp on usability and interaction design 
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues 
  • Strong technical, critical, and analytical thinking abilities 
  • Effective communication and coordination skills 
  • Ability to update and manage GitHub repositories 
  • Familiarity with the Azure Cloud Platform.
