LightFeather is currently seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a passion for DevOps to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be engaged in a role that is composed of approximately 75% software engineering and 25% DevOps tasks. You will primarily focus on developing utility tools for our DevOps Infrastructure team, along with a portion of DevOps responsibilities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to expand their skills in both software development and operational management.

This Position is Full Time, Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain utility tools to support the DevOps Infrastructure team’s needs.
• Engage in DevOps activities, including but not limited to CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud resource management.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using Python, Golang, and NodeJS.
• Create user interfaces and components with React, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Manage and operate on AWS, utilizing fundamental resources and services for optimal application deployment and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, enhancing the automation and efficiency of development processes.
• Perform basic system administrative tasks across Windows and Linux environments, ensuring systems are configured and maintained effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizenship.
• DHS active clearance at the Public Trust level or above, preferably with USCIS.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, and NodeJS.
• Experience with React for frontend development.
• Basic understanding of AWS, including the ability to navigate and utilize core services.
• Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of system administration in both Windows and Linux environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience developing AWS Lambda functions.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
