What You Will Own:

  • Email Campaigns: Develop timely and effective email campaigns within HubSpot, collaborating with the marketing team and various internal stakeholders. Monitor performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and internal data to inform business development strategies. Compile and present data reports. 
  • Digital Analytics: Monitor web performance metrics in Google Analytics and provide insights with internal teams. 
  • Content Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update marketing content across various platforms including the company website, social media, and digital brochures. Ensure that all content reflects the latest product information, promotions, and brand guidelines. 
  • Market Research Support: Assist in gathering data from market research efforts such as surveys and focus groups. Compile and organize the information to support the development of marketing strategies and campaign adjustments based on customer feedback and behaviors. 
  • Marketing Planning & Support: Assist in developing marketing and business development plans, assisting with digital marketing efforts (including drip campaigns, social media, SEO, and online advertising), and contribute to content creation and event coordination. 
  • Marketing Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries, feedback, and requests received through the marketing email inbox in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive brand interaction and customer experience. 

What You Will Bring to the Job:

  • Proven experience as Marketing Specialist/Coordinator (or similar)
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, and Marketing Automation) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms or similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, a plus

The Skills You Need to Succeed:

  • 2 years applicable work experience, required
  • At least 1 year of experience with marketing automation platforms, required
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics and Excel, required 
  • Experience in a non-profit organization, desirable
