Our client has retained our services to hire a full-time Human Resources Manager in the Kingwood, Texas area. This is an onsite position with full benefits.
To support our continued growth the HR leader will encompass the motivation and passion to support the internal teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a highly dynamic environment and will be energized by the opportunity to support the recruiting process for high-demand and high-quantity positions. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and reporting directly to the CEO, the Manager of HR position is a high visibility, high impact, yet hands-on role, with the responsibility to provide the full range of day-to-day and project HR support across the organization.
