We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. ```Duties```
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train retail staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
- Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and organized
- Perform administrative tasks such as cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and reporting

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably as a supervisor or assistant manager
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven sales ability with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage inventory control
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,137.95 - $45,929.58 per year
