If you are seeking a rewarding career that brings variety and new challenges each day, this is the role for you. Sales Representative Responsibilities: Successfully represent and market hot-dip galvanizing coating services to prospective clientsBuild and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsGenerate and manage new businessIdentify and develop opportunities within the designated territoryFormulate and execute effective sales strategies that result in continued growth in market shareRepresent industry-related trade shows when applicableMaintain accurate documentation and client recordsConduct continuing education courses on hot-dip galvanizing through the popular American Galvanizer’s Association Galvanize It! seminar seriesSales Representative Requirements:Minimum of 5 years relevant B2B sales experienceSales experience within the steel industry, construction products or coatings industry is preferred. Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, team environmentStrong customer relation and leadership skillsThe ability to manage and generate your own and company provided leadsConsultative or solution-based sales experienceMust be willing to travelExperience using a CRM preferredApplicant coming from coating or steel industry with knowledge of working territory preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experienceCompensation:A compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes:Base salaryProfit Incentive/BonusCompany sponsored health, dental, vision, life and disability products401k program with company matchCompany vehicle and expense reimbursement.
