Evergreen Waste Services is a Residential Hauling company servicing New Castle County Delaware. We currently are looking to hire a Sales Representative with preferably at least 1-year of experience in a call center environment dealing with customer service issues and sales.

We are looking for highly organized, reliable, and career-motivated Sales Representative that thrive in our ever growing industry.

Knowledge of Excel and ability to type 40 wpm required. Must be reliable and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. This position will require you to take care of existing customers by processing payments safely and accurately, updating account information, and assisting customers. Our CSRs should be tech savvy with the ability to pick up new processes quickly. Call quota dependent on call volume.

Your primary objective after basic customer service training will be sales. You will be tasked with reaching out to new potential customers and neighborhoods to acquire new business while also maintaining a relationship with our current customers.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5 pm.
