What You'll Do:
As the Property Tax Manager, you will maintain existing client relationships and focuses on property tax and incentive planning opportunities. This includes enforcing policies, standards and guidelines, researching issues, reviewing real and assessable property tax assessments, maintaining company workpaper database, negotiating reduction settlements, and the preparation and presentation of assessment appeals and supporting documentation. You will also research available incentives, present and negotiate incentive requests, and document secured benefits and findings to help our clients receive and save money.

Pay/Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise. There is also a Bonus Program to recognize achievement!
Reports To: Director Of Operations
Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (schedule can be flexible)
Typical Work Week: Monday to Friday; Some Saturdays during busy season (45 hours on average, more during busy season)
Direct Reports: 2-3 Analysts
Travel: 1-2 times per month to appeal boards or to inspect properties.
