A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Tax Manager to join the company. This Tax Manager will possess expertise in various types of tax returns and financial statements, along with proficiency in Excel and tax software and technology. This the role for an experienced Tax Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.Major responsibilities- Prepare and examine complex income tax returns- Help with planning and compliance regarding tax matters, such as waivers and tax returns- Review and supervise the preparation of quarterly tax projections, and communicate required estimated tax payments- Help review all financial statements for quality control- Provide accounting managers and staff accountants with tax best business practices- Produce and review tax correspondence and facilitation and oversight of tax audits- Assist with compliance with financial and tax reporting policies and procedures- Examine and oversee quarterly and annual payroll tax returns- Support distribution and analysis of W-2s and 1099s
