HPG Group is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Reception Near Cape Coral, FL

Administrative Assistant : MUST BE-BILINGUAL (English and Spanish)

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with customer support inquiries

- Account receivable and account payable (Quickbooks)

- Preparing Real Estate forms and documents

JOB CANDIDATES WITH NO REAL ESTATE KNOWLEDGE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED

- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Coral, FL 33904: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
