Events Sales Assistant (Weekly Pay)

Overview:

As an Events Sales Assistant, you'll be pivotal in bolstering sales efforts and elevating brand visibility during our promotional events. By delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our campaigns and overall brand objectives.

Daily Responsibilities:

Morning:

• Review the day's event schedule and gather necessary setup materials.
• Coordinate with the sales team to confirm roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct a brief review of product knowledge and key selling points.

Afternoon:

• Set up promotional booths or displays at event venues, ensuring attractiveness and accessibility.
• Engage with customers, initiating conversations and providing product information and samples.
• Process sales transactions and maintain an organized sales area throughout the event.

Detailed Role:

Event Preparation:

• Assist in setting up promotional booths, displays, and signage.
• Ensure promotional materials and samples are organized and accessible.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan sales strategies for events.

Customer Engagement:

• Greet customers and generate interest in promoted products or services.
• Provide information about product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns courteously.

Sales Support:

• Assist customers with demonstrations and samples, encouraging trial and purchase.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to maximize revenue.

Brand Representation:

• Maintain a positive attitude while representing the brand.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all interactions and materials.
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively conveying brand values to customers.

Event Cleanup:

• Assist in dismantling displays and packing up materials after events.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions and event outcomes.
