Equity Sales Trader

NO H1B or C2C CANDIDATES CAN BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE - ONLY US CITIZENS AND GREEN CARD HOLDERS ELIGIBLE.
- Equity Sales Trader (sell-side)
- 5 days on-site in our Manhattan offices
- $175,000 - $250,000 Depending on experience

WHO ARE WE?
We are a New York based broker-dealer who are in a very excited period of growth! We are looking to add an experienced Equity Sales Trader to add EU/US markets experience to an already-flourishing team of 5 Sales Traders. If you are looking to join an exciting company, get in touch!
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As the Equity Sales Trader, you will continue building existing and developing new relationships within the EU & US markets along with providing market intelligence to existing and new US clients on developments/key factors that may affect trading strategies.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….
- Extensive equity trading experience at a sell-side institution
- Experience within the equity trading markets
- Experience in generating new order flows in secondary and primary markets
- Ability to discuss and share knowledge in detail of the current market for Equities
- Liaise and develop our low touch offering and our Risk Arb team
IT’S NICE TO HAVE….
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to spend time traveling/socializing with new and existing clients
- Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure within a fast-paced environment
