Essential Job Functions

• Assist marketing strategy team with accurate forecasting of cost, resource allocation, asset collection and timelines for each project.
• Provide coordination and communications support to Senior Vice President of Branding Marketing.
• Work closely with marketing strategy team to assist in reporting (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between divisions across HHM including Development, Marketing and Operations.
• Research vendors to achieve best value for OS&E associated with key project plan and in accordance with brand specifications.
• Maintain existing OS&E product and brand standards including textiles, uniforms, scents and premium product offerings, etc.
• Assist Director of Strategy & Special Projects with implementation of Project Management software package and Guest Recognition technology.
• Document Brand Standards and Guest Journey alongside marketing strategy team.
• Review, analyze, and interpret ad-hoc project requests and specifications.
• Assist field and digital marketing teams with process enhancements, as needed basis.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, reports and general correspondence to determine significance and plan for distribution.
• Maintain confidentiality when handing sensitive information.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented habits.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
• Diligent work habits and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, creative, confident and energetic personality.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets to manage budgets and track costs.
