• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing website, social media, and/or digital marketing
• BS in Marketing or related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing digital marketing
• Proficiency in Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and/or Wordpress required
• Proficiency in Adobe Cloud and Microsoft systems preferred

• Create a content strategy that helps Kokosing define traffic goals and continuously review for opportunities to improve
• Create and implement a long-term and short-term content publishing calendar and social media calendar
• Coordinate the social media sites from a business contract point of view, working with supervisors on items such as negotiating contracts, managing corporate access, managing team member access, and paying invoices
• Coordinate website consultants including negotiating contracts, negotiating scope of work, managing schedules, reviewing and approving work, leading/participating in workshops and meetings, and paying invoices
• Coordinate outsourced content and consultants including negotiating contracts, negotiating scope of work, managing schedules, reviewing and approving work leading/participating in workshops and meetings, and paying invoices
• Produce and manage content for blogs, articles, websites, emails, webinars, social media and other formats.
• Audit the existing content on the company’s website for brand voice, relevance, and optimization
• Analyze content performance and customer behavior data
• Benchmark Kokosing’s content against global social media trends as well as industry trends and key competitors
• Promote a consistent brand identity through the company’s social media profiles
• Set expectations for project team members and hold accountable for performance and quality of work
