UALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
v High school diploma or equivalent.
v Two years experience in a similar job in the hospitality industry is preferred.
v Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Resolves guest’s problems and handles all guest requests.
2. Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplishes assigned work orders, and does all necessary repairs.
3. Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
4. Complete the duty rounds checklists, report and correct noted problems.
5. Perform swimming pool chemical tests, make corrections and have a working knowledge of pool equipment (training provided).
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Respond to any reasonable task the supervisor or manager assigns.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
