Responsibilities of a Building Maintenance Technician:
- Responsible for completing on-site maintenance requests for a residential healthcare setting, repairing and maintaining essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment, and ensuring basic facility upkeep.
Qualifications for a Building Maintenance Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of building maintenance experience required.
- Must have knowledge of basic hand tools
- Prior maintenance experience in a residential healthcare setting (skilled nursing or nursing home facility) a plus.

Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day-per-week admissions, residential activities, and a rehabilitation gym with inpatient and outpatient therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
