This role will be located onsite in Indy. Night Shift 6pm-6am

The Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day direction and oversight for the manufacturing of bakery products and teams. This individual will organize and lead production to ensure that products are produced consistently and efficiently to specified quality and operational standards to be shipped to customers on-time.

This Person will be Responsible for:

• Training, overseeing, and assessing production staff and overall bakery production performance.
• Aligning production schedules to ensure maximum production efficiencies standards for labor and raw materials.
• Overseeing the entire production operation.
• Implementing company standards for formulas, scaling weights, pan sizes, bag sizes, bake times, and all production control processes for Quality Products.

We’d Love to Hear from People with these Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Operations preferred.
• 7 years’ experience manufacturing experience required
• 5 years’ management experience required
• Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI is preferred
• Bakery Experience is preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
