Hostek is Hiring a Technical Support Representative Near Tulsa, OK
This role will provide prompt and competent customer service while troubleshooting a variety of issues related to websites, ftp, email, databases, etc. Monitor and upkeep server performance and assist customers with account setup and maintenance.

- Knowledgeable of web hosting environments a plus but not required; however, an ability to be trained and to retain is required.

Experience With The Following A Plus:
- Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 or 2018
- Linux Servers (centOS preferred)
- cPanel
- Experience providing SUPERIOR customer service
- Experience with PHP, .NET, or ColdFusion would be helpful but not required
