POSITION SUMMARY The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and lifecycle of flexible metal hose and expansion joints. The Product Manager will define the product strategy, conduct market research, identify customer needs, and create a product vision that aligns with Hose Master’s goals. This position will be a key contributor to driving profitable growth. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDefine the product strategy that aligns with Hose Master’s goalsManage the product portfolio using the product development stage-gate process from ideation through full scale productionPerform customer, market, industry and product research to assess unmet needsConduct competitive analysisTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versaEstablish and facilitate launch plansCommunicating effectively with all stakeholders (both internally and externally)Define and track success metricsPrioritize product features and communicate the reason behind this to the stakeholdersConduct pricing and financial modeling as well as budget managementPerform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field. MBA preferred. Experience: Ten (10) years of product management experience serving the general Industrial market working with a technical product portfolio (industrial hose experience a plus).
