Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Customer Experience Associate who will be responsible for interacting with our customers professionally, with confidence, and in a friendly manner.

Work Hours: Flexible schedule, 40 hours per week.
Pay Scale: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience seasonal performance incentives
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Impeccable customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathy
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Service Titan software experience
- HVAC or related industry experience
- Dispatching/scheduling experience
