Dunamis Capital Inc. is Hiring a Customer Experience Representative Near Charlotte, NC

Dunamis Capital, Inc. has an exciting opening for a Customer Experience Representative responsible for the development, delivery and efficacy of programs to ensure delivery of a positive customer service in support of Customer Experience initiatives. The Customer Experience Representative is the first point of contact for customers who are interested in placing an order, servicing existing orders, obtaining pricing information or have a question or an issue with their wireless product. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about helping others.

What You'll Do

  • You will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and pain points
  • You will be responsible for successful onboarding of new customers
  • Identify opportunities for customers to provide positive reviews for the client
  • Collaborate closely with sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Gather feedback from key customers with a view to improve service delivery.
  • Discover the identity, voice, and goal of each brand we represent
  • Support customer acquisition strategies through lead generation and prospecting
  • Establish rapport with customers that segues into product presentations
  • Initiate the sales cycle by appealing to the individual preferences of each customer
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize reach and engagement with customers

Who You Are

  • 4 years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers succeed
  • Tech-savvy, loves technologies and learning new software
  • Super motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver and can work in a fast paced environment
