You will serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns, and working towards resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. You will also support benefits administration, ensuring employees have access to and understand their benefits packages. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures will be essential aspects of your role. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with HR and management to identify training needs and assist in organizing and deploying training programs. Utilizing our HR information systems, you will support various workflows and generate reports to aid in HR decision-making. Furthermore, you will have the chance to contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
