We're looking for someone to support the administrative functions of our cookie manufacturing and production operations. This role will join a department that focuses on improving workflows and supporting the production planning of our iconic pineapple shaped cookies. This role is perfect for a fast-learner whose skilled in Excel (formulas/charts) & communication, with administrative experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School equivalence certification
• 6 months related administration experience/training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Analytical Thinking / Problem Solving Skills
• Effective communications skills in one-on-one and group settings
• Production / Manufacturing / Logistics experience a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration in cultivating a culture aligned with HCC Values
• Inventory Support: Document inventory transfers, monthly usage per SKU, ingredient breakdown, min/max inventory for all departments
• Apps/Software Support: Export reports, review and post daily reconciliations, update settings/formulas, conduct periodic audit, troubleshoot issues
• Workflow Analysis Support: Observe production team performing tasks, compile data, communicate productivity and efficiency results to management, document and correct potential safety concerns observed during the time study process
