Honeywell’s ACST team isseeking an R&D Manager for our Broomfield, CO location. In this role, youwill lead a team of scientists and engineers to deliver innovative solutionsthat meet the evolving needs of ACST customers.
Your Role Will Include:
- Partneringwith scientists, engineers and a larger research team to architect, design,build, and test custom subsystems for use in research and commercialenvironments
- Managinga group of scientists and engineers, to include writing and deliveringperformance appraisals
- Settingand evaluating goals and ensuring team success in meeting near-term projectmilestones
- Providingexpertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs
- Servingas a mentor to more junior engineers
