Honeywell ACST is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Research& Development Manager for our Broomfield, CO location to leada team of physicists, scientists, engineers, and technicians in the developmentof cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a group of direct-report scientists, engineers,& technicians
• Lead your team by assigning them to technical projects and thenmentoring them as they take technical direction from the Tech Lead andPrincipal Investigators
• Coordinate personnel commitments and enable them to meet technicalMilestones and advancements towards manufacturing & commercializationefforts
• Support Honeywell by working with your team to deliver creativesolutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers
• You will work with systems engineers and a larger research team toarchitect, design, build, and test custom subsystems for use in research andcommercial environments
• Write and deliver performance appraisals, approve expense reports,set and evaluate goals and ensure team success in meeting near-termbreakthroughs
• Own laboratory resources, coordinate facility updates, manage andsupport Capital equipment installations, and maintain department expenses
• Provide leadership and uphold our high-performing team culture
