We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to lead our team at Coche Comedor. Our next chef must be passionate about authentic Mexican cuisine and be excited to create and share their creations with our guests! As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and delivering high-quality culinary creations. Duties -

- Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and taste under advisement in in collaboration with our Company-wide Executive Chef

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring presentation and taste are exceptional

- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising

- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and concepts

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Skills -

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Proven experience in restaurant management and culinary arts

- Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and presentation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and equipment usage

- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating an exceptional dining experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
