We are looking to add a Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable to our Office Team at Honest Man!

The ideal candidate must have Bookkeeping experience as well as knowledge of scanning

invoices, bank reconciliation, data entry and filing.

Candidate should be able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple

responsibilities simultaneously while staying focused on deadlines.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR/Accounting office.
• Provide clerical and administrative support.
• Data Entry into Quickbooks & other Software
• Process documentation and prepare reports.
• AP/AR reconciliation

Skills

• Computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• High attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30 per hour

This position is a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Office Role.
