Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative. The BDC Representative plays a crucial role in driving our dealership's success by engaging with potential customers, cultivating leads, and facilitating the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Schedule appointments for showroom visits and test drives, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the purchasing journey.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to coordinate efforts and maximize conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and dealership events to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:
