Position Summary

• Gather detailed information to create product numbers to use both in-store and on web.
• Collaborate closely with buyers and vendors to ensure integrity and statuses of products.
• Communicate often with the Sales, Marketing and Warehouse teams as it pertains to product status, website, and new product information
• Create purchase orders, product transfers, special orders, POP materials as well as other essential product and vendor items
• Review, research, and resolve problems that pertain to receiving, sales orders and purchase orders.
• Ensure all product pricing and information is accurate both instore and online.
• Complete other reporting and clerical duties as assigned.

Education/Work Experience

• High School or GED
• 2 years of customer service and/or clerical experience
• Knowledge and understanding of the internet and retail websites
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent problem solving and reasoning skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, bending, sitting, talking, and hearing
• Ability to change pricing materials on selling floor
• Occasional work in warehouse environment required
