Employee-owned Home-Tech is seeking a customer service representative with exceptional interpersonal skills who is both organized and dependable.

We provide high-quality service for residential appliances and A/C in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties.

This individual would be responsible for assisting customers with questions and scheduling service.

• Starting pay $16 - $18 an hour. Pay is based on experience.
• Sunday through Thursday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of incoming calls
• Identify and assist customers’ needs
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate suggestions and solutions, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Ability to adapt/respond to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
